Overview of Tyburn Apartment Grade II Listed Period Property Renovation

Grade II Listed apartment would have been a substantial single family house. However as is common with many London houses of this size, the property has been subdivided into apartments. The particular property had been connected to a neighbouring house through the party wall.

The proposal includes moving the kitchen closer to the reception room, new bathroom layouts creating a mezzanine storage level for the master bedroom.
New study can double as a guest bedroom.

The property ground floor apartment which consists of two en-suite bedrooms, kitchen and double reception room.

Proposed works include:
• Repairs to the entrance mosaic.
• Remove brass threshold for marble.
• New traditional timber double doors with glazed panels to create a draft lobby.
• New kitchen in rear reception room.
• Internal refurbishment to non-original existing en- suites and high level storage.
• New enlarged window to study to match neighbouring windows.
• New electrics, plumbing and services.
• Upgrade single glazed panes to FINEO panes in original timber frames.
• Electric underfloor heating throughout.
